Modern Alphas Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand owned and operated by Two Drops Ocean Ventures, a sole proprietorship registered in India and owned by Valerian Rajesh Sequeira (“Proprietor”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Two Drops Ocean Ventures governing your access to and use of the website, programs, content, community platforms and related services offered under the brand Modern Alphas Hub (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Language: English

  • Arbitrator: Mutually appointed by both parties

Subject to arbitration, courts in India shall have jurisdiction.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet failures or pandemics.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Two Drops Ocean Ventures regarding the Services.
