• Completed live sessions

• Downloadable digital products (if accessed or downloaded)

• Any third-party fees or payment gateway charges

We reserve the right to verify usage before approving a refund request.

5. Non-Transferability

Refunds cannot be transferred to another person or converted into cash alternatives unless expressly approved in writing.
